Yes. THCA is the chemical precursor to the cannabinoid Delta-9 THC, the compound most responsible for the psychoactive “high” of cannabis and hemp products. As long as THCA products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by weight, they are considered hemp and legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
